Dan Artusi - CEO
Lantiq Chief Executive Officer
Dan Artusi is Chief Executive Officer at Lantiq and Board of Directors Member. He has more than 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and communications industries. He has been CEO of publicly traded semiconductor companies Silicon Laboratories and Conexant Systems, where he led both companies through successful business transformations. Prior to his CEO roles, he spent more than 20 years in various senior management positions at Motorola Semiconductor. He has also served as a director at several publicly traded semiconductor companies, most recently at Atheros Communications. Currently Dan serves on the Board of Directors at Conexant Systems, Scintera Networks and Energy Micro AS.
Dan Artusi attended the Instituto Tecnologico in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Karen Roscher - CFO
Lantiq Chief Financial Officer
Karen is the Chief Financial Officer of Lantiq, responsible for the company’s financial plans and goals as well as operations. Before joining Lantiq in 2012, she spent 25+ years in a number of senior executive-level positions in finance at other companies in the semiconductor industry. Karen was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Welch Allyn, a privately-held medical device manufacturing company. Other positions in her career include executive-level finance roles at Conexant, Freescale and Motorola Semiconductor.
Karen earned a B.S in accounting and an MBA from Arizona State University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
Dominik Bilo - COO
Lantiq Chief Operating Officer
Dominik Bilo is the COO of Lantiq, responsible for the company´s Supply Chain, Quality and Process Management, Product and Test Engineering Purchasing, Supplier Operations Management, Backend Technology and IT.
He joined Lantiq from Infineon Technologies, where he was most recently Senior Vice President Sales, Marketing & Distribution.
Dominik is working for more than 20 years in the semiconductor space; holding a number of management positions at Siemens AG and later Infineon Technologies AG including Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain for analog, digital and mobile phones, Executive Director Sales Global Key Account Management, CEO Guardeonic Solutions AG, and CMO Secure Mobile Solutions.
Dominik holds an MBA (Dipl. Kaufmann) in business administration from the University of Cologne.
Dirk Wieberneit – SVP/GM, Customer Premises Equipment Business Unit
Lantiq Senior Vice President/General Manager, Customer Premises Equipment Business Unit
Dirk is Lantiq’s Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Customer Premises Equipment Business Unit. He brings experience in semiconductors for consumer devices and the connected home.
In his previous role Dirk was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the TV Business at Trident since June 2010. He joined Trident in May 2009 as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to Trident, Dirk served in a variety of positions with Micronas starting in October 2000, most recently as Vice President R&D Consumer Division from October 2005 onwards. From 1991-2000, he held several engineering positions with Infineon Technologies and Siemens Semiconductor Group. Dirk holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electronic Design and Telecommunications from the University of Bochum in Germany.
David Boikess – Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Lantiq’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
David Boikess is Lantiq’s SVP of Worldwide Sales. He brings to Lantiq deep sales experience and a strong spirit of partnership.
Having started his semiconductor career in sales at RCA, David held senior sales positions at AMD, Legerity and most recently as VP of Worldwide sales for Zarlink until their sale to Microsemi Corporation in 2011.
David has more than 30 years of semiconductor industry experience. He received a Bachelor of Science, Marketing from California State University - Northridge, California.
Christian Döringer - Vice President Human Resources
Lantiq's Vice President Human Resources
Christian Döringer is the VP of Worldwide Human Resources at Lantiq, responsible for people and talent management. Before joining Lantiq, Christian was the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits for Oerlikon a major Swiss high tech engineering company, and prior to that as Global Head of Talent Management for Bombardier, a leading Canadian industrial engineering company. Prior to this, he worked and lived in Malaysia, China, and the U.S. for over a decade, consulting with companies on various human resources projects, such as talent development, employee engagement, M&As, and compensation & benefits.
He graduated with a bachelor degree in human resources management from the University Pforzheim (Germany) and with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville (U.S.) in 1994. He also is a U.S. certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Craig Joseph Garen - Senior Vice President of Global R&D

Craig is the SVP of Global R&D for Lantiq, responsible for the company’s research and development activities and influencing our product strategies. Before accepting this position in October 2011, Craig held several major positions in the broadband space. He served as the COO with Ikanos Communications, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadband Access at Conexant Systems Inc., and with LSI Corporation as Vice President of R&D of the Mobility Division; prior to that he was General Manager for the analog modem, Ethernet NIC, HPNA, and ADSL CPE businesses at Agere Systems. In his career, he managed multi-disciplined engineering sites located in the US, Europe, and Asia that delivered complete SOC solutions for DSLAMs, CPEs, cellular phones, satellite radio, wireline access, wireless basestations, and other wide area networking applications. He was a principle in the successful divestitures of both the LSI Mobility business to Infineon, and the Conexant Broadband business to Ikanos Communications.
Craig has Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Lehigh University.
