1.) Lantiq's primary goal in collecting personal information is to customize our network of sites for our users. We offer personalized, interactive communication. Lantiq.com's technological safeguards and company policies ensure that your information will be treated with the utmost care and respect. Lantiq.com doesn't distribute your personal information to third parties (with the exception of our distribution partners or our representatives) for marketing purposes. You can review, change, or delete the personal information that you have entered on our websites (your personal data). This information is accessible to you only after you have logged in with your user name (your email address) and password. You can change your password on your Login Data page and your address on your Personal Data page.
2.) During the “Lantiq Information Center” registration process, some personal information will be collected. Lantiq will ask for your company name, title, designation, first name, last name, phone, mobile phone, company email, location, country and your areas of interest concerning Lantiq’s products and applications. Once you are registered you are no longer anonymous to Lantiq - you are given a user name and are then able to take advantage of Lantiq's offers.

All other personal information can be changed on your own by modifying your personal data and saving. You find the link Personal Data in the section User Account on the left hand side navigation within the Lantiq Information Center.

What if I have forgotten my password?
If you have trouble with your password or you have forgotten it, you can request a new one be sent to you. Click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your user name (your email address). An email will be immediately sent to the email address stored in your account with a dedicated link to reset your password. Please not that if you have not set up a user account with the Lantiq Information Center you will not receive a password recent notification: you must register first and then you will be able to log in. Why doesn't my password work?
There are several reasons you may be getting an error message that your login data is invalid. The most common reasons are:
* User name and passwords are case sensitive -- make sure your CAPS LOCK key is set correctly.
* Your browser may have been set to not accept cookies (see below).
How do I change my user name and password?
If you would like to change your password, please modify your Safety Settings and click save. You find the link Safety Settings in the section User Account on the left hand side navigation within Your Lantiq.
In case you have to change your user name, please address your request to Information.Center@lantiq.com . Your user name cannot be changed on your own.
What are cookies?
Can two people have an account on one computer?
Yes. Every Lantiq user name is recognized by means of a distinctive cookie. If you use a shared computer (in a library, Internet cafe, university, airport or other common area) please DO NOT forget to logout when you leave.
